Desert Worms is a top-down driving game that puts you in control of a small exploration vehicle. Your goal is to gather data disks while evading attacks from massive worms. By tapping the sides of the screen, you can steer the vehicle left or right, and hitting both sides simultaneously activates the brakes. Additional abilities, such as turbo and decoy, can be accessed through buttons at the bottom of the screen. The decoy ability allows you to divert the attention of the worms for a brief period. With over 20 unique levels, the main objective remains consistent: gather all the data and make your way to the evacuation point, all while encountering an increasing number of worms. Initially facing only one or two, the challenge escalates as you confront multiple giant worms simultaneously. The game features captivating graphics and offers the opportunity to unlock new vehicles for exploring the Martian surface. Desert Worms provides an entertaining driving experience for players of all ages.
